OVERVIEW Welcome to Ahmayla. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ahmayla. Ahmayla operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Ahmayla is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Colours and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen, and natural materials such as leather, suede and raffia vary slightly from piece to piece. Some product images, such as interior views and images of a bag being worn, are illustrations based on the actual product; the written product description is the authoritative reference. We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it, and we must receive your payment before an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the contact details provided. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. You confirm that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged separately at checkout, and orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs or import charges payable by you. Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed. SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

SECTION 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Ahmayla is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Ahmayla. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ahmayla, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ahmayla.
SECTION 9 — PRIVACY Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information as described in Shopify's Privacy Policy.
SECTION 10 — FEEDBACK If you send us ideas, suggestions or reviews ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve the Services. You confirm that your Feedback does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, abusive or misleading.
