Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout:
- Ireland — €5
- Everywhere else — €10
The rate is the same whatever you order, and there are no additional handling fees.
Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday are counted from the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within:
- Ireland — 2–4 working days
- Europe — 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world — 10–20 working days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.
Customs and import charges
Prices shown include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duty or customs charges on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are payable by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@ahmayla.com and we will help resolve it.
