Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout:
- Ireland — €5
- Everywhere else — €10
The rate is the same whatever you order, and there are no additional handling fees from us.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Anything ordered over a weekend or a public holiday is counted from the next working day, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within:
- Ireland — 2–4 working days
- Europe — 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world — 10–20 working days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.
Customs and import charges
Prices shown include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty or customs charges on arrival. These are set by your own country and are payable by you, not by us.
Returns
You can return a bag within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. To be accepted, it must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@ahmayla.com within those 14 days and we will send you the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the bag arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a parcel that does not reach us.
Condition of returned bags
Every return is inspected when it arrives. If a bag shows signs of use — wear, marks, scratches, creasing, odours or missing tags — beyond what is needed to look at it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value, or decline the return if the bag can no longer be sold.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away, ideally with photos, and we will put it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will confirm the refund by email. Approved refunds — the price of the bag plus the original standard shipping charge — go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
These terms summarise our full refund policy, which takes precedence if the two ever differ. They do not affect your statutory rights.
