Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout:
- Ireland — €5
- Everywhere else — €10
The rate is the same whatever you order, and there are no additional handling fees from us.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Anything ordered over a weekend or a public holiday leaves on the next business day, and you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within:
- Ireland — 2–4 business days
- Europe — 5–8 business days
- Rest of the world — 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.
Customs and import charges
Prices shown include tax where applicable, but orders shipped outside the EU may attract import duty or customs charges on arrival. These are set by your own country and are payable by you, not by us.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us first through the contact page. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
EU cancellation right
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a justification. The item still needs to come back unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
